I started playing many years ago when the normal structure, (except CA.) was spread limit, often with no ante. How did you modifiy your starting hands and betting strategies between the two structures?

Hi JB,
You have us pre-dated because when we started, the blinds for limit Hold-em were mostly 1-2. For instance $5 and $10 blinds for a 10-20 game. We never really played much spread limit and almost no zero ante games. The starting hands in our first book are geared toward either 1-2 or 2-3 blind stuctures.

Shucks how did I put this here. I must have been talking stud since I mentioned antes, but in passing there used to be a lot of spread limit hold'em games too.
